Privacy policy

This website only processes personal data as far as is necessary to run it and to handle your enquiry. The basis is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Enquiry: When you send an enquiry we store your details (name, email, phone, event details and your music wishes) in order to process the enquiry and make you an offer. The data can only be seen by Kais Ben. You can request information or deletion at any time.

Emails: We send confirmations and offers through the service provider Resend. Your email address is transmitted to Resend for this purpose.

Hosting and storage: The website runs on Vercel, the database on Neon, and uploaded images and videos are stored with Vercel Blob.

Cookies and tracking: We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. A technically necessary session cookie is used for the admin area. If you choose a language or theme, this choice is remembered in your browser.
